This is a good service for listing on MLS for a reasonable fee. As a "for-sale-by-owner", the response I got from the MLS listing was far greater than that of the main online real estate sites. Offering the buyer's agent a 3% commission seemed to drive a lot of buyers my way and was able to handle the sale myself from the seller's side.
