We are writing in regard to our experience with Nathan Neubauer as our buying real estate agent. We had a unique situation where we were purchasing our first home long distance and Nathan was very helpful and flexible in coordinating home visits in timeframes that were convenient with our and our parents busy schedules. He was fast to act on securing home tour times, an important task in the crazy home market that is Portland. Nathan was also very helpful in facilitating FaceTime tours of houses and experienced to point out both the attributes and defects of the house we saw. When a home (especially the home that we eventually purchased) needed potential repairs, Nathan always had an expert on-site to give a quote so the costs associated with those repairs could be considered when discussing purchasing prices. Additionally, Nathan was good about not never discussing prices on home, just objectively listing the costs, benefits and home comparisons when discussing offer prices. We recommend Nathan to anyone looking to purchase their first home.
