Kasra helped my partner and I buy our first home. His knowledge of the local market and different neighborhoods was extremely helpful. We never felt rushed into buying something and always knew he truly cared about the quality of the home we ended up in. He made what is known to be a very overwhelming process, seamless and was always available to answer questions. Talking to friends of ours who have also recently purchased a home, they cant believe how easy the process was for us. Kasra pretty much took care of everything and always kept us up to date. In a market where Buyers have little leverage, Kasra is your leverage. Buying our first house was intimidating but Kas made it as painless and stress free as possible. He worked around our different schedules for showings, went to bat for us, and had our best interest in mind. Communication and negotiations were top notch and went far above expectations. You say jump and Kasra is already there! Searching for a home at the end of 2020 was frustrating and disheartening but Kasra really helped us keep our sights set high and we are so happy in our new home in Beaverton! He is truly willing to work all his magic to get his clients everything they are hoping for.
