Ty is so patient and attentive. We were buying a house long distance and he was more than willing to show us homes via FaceTime and to be accompanied on tours by my friend who lives in the area. We found a great house in pretty short order and Ty helped us make an offer that was attractive to the seller. All aspects of the purchase went smoothly, despite the distance. I highly recommend Ty. He is responsive when questions arise and will be straight-forward with you.
