Affinity Group Inc

I am an owner of a property that they manage the HOA to my knowledge. They don't answer their phones, don't have an answering service take messages, don't have an email listed on their website to contact someone. I need to shut off water to my unit in order to change out some plumbing hardware and the only way to do this is coordinate through the management company. It is ridiculous there is no easy way to reach them.

Horrible company. They manage our HOA. They do not respond to requests for maintenance and repair issues. They do not have any maintenance people so they use outside 3rd party vendors that are more like amateurs. Weve been dealing with water leaks for several months and their repair guys have been out twice still shooting water up from the ground and they refuse to deal with the situation. We are supposed to have regular HOA meetings cant get that done either. The whole operation appears to be 2 people working from someones home. They are quick to send out demand letters but NEVER respond to our letters or emails. When questioned about some rather poor decisions, they are quick to shift blame and refuse to participate in any sort of discussion process. Our HOA fees have increased by over 250%!!! And still poor service. And to top this off. They have their friends and office manager writing positive reviews! Very shady!

I have been renting a property from Affinity for just about a year now, and Ive never felt more at ease knowing the communication strengths that Kristi has. From move-in to 6 months in, Kristi has always been a phone call or text away from finding solutions to any size of inconvenience. Whether its getting contacts for quality WiFi/Utilities agencies or having drains unclogged/vendors contacted for quick fixes, Ive never waited longer than a week before everything has found its solve. While most agencies thrive on customer service, its not uncommon to get put on the back burner do to the sheer amount of tenants. Ive never felt that way about Kristi, and I look forward to renting more homes from her before purchasing one of my own!

I'm writing this review as a tenant, not as an owner. Affinity Group is a fantastic property management company when it comes to taking care of their tenants needs. Kendra is our property manager and she is not only very responsive, but she gets right on the problem and connects with the appropriate vendor to take care of the issue in a reasonable time frame. She responds immediately and is super nice, friendly, and provides great customer service! If I was a tenant or property owner, I would feel rest assured my home would be in great hands with her.
