I have been working with Patricia May who has been really quick to communicate when I was struggling with her co-worker's communication. Patricia responds to my emails when I can tell it is clearly past their working hours and has really been supportive of my process to move in! I see a lot of bad reviews for this company, but Patricia is far from what I have read about. She is great!

The are raising my rent $500 a month, a 35% increase in my leasing terms. I am a single mother and they are essentially forcing us to move for no other reason than their own greed. Not only that but they have been a horrible management company to deal with, when I moved in here my building was owned by another company. They have never once answered the phone when I called, they will ignore emails, there has been a trash issue at my place the entire time theyve managed the building. Currently the trash room is so full I can neither recycle my items or throw them away because it has been weeks since its been taken out. If you can avoid renting with this company, do it. They are shady and incompetent.
Update: I requested Portland mandatory relocation assistance and they want a jury trial and refuse to pay it. I went through all the legal steps to request it. Because of the $500 increase ive been trapped in this apartment unable to move because I cant save money to move since all my extra money goes to rent. They also just raised my rent an additional $150. Come to find out they are renting units in my building for $400 less than I am paying. They are slum lords, truly greedy and disgusting property management company

I dont know why this place is called reliance property management cause they definitely dont own up to their name. This place is terrible and I have never been more stressed and frustrated working with a rental company! Especially Patricia who has done an absolute terrible job communicating with me and returning my phone calls. I dont know how anybody is renting from this company but I would recommend nobody rents from here until they get better management and more reliable people who take their job seriously!!! I wish I could give them less than 1 star because they truly dont even deserve that. Do better!

This has been the WORST EVER EXPERIENCE EVER ! The leasing agent Eustina has shown the worst possible way to be able to multitask let alone communicate effectively! As a former apartment manager myself I have never In my history dealt with this kind of behavior nor choice of words nor the lack of respect or communication. She doesnt know how to prioritize case by case Matters goes weeks without responding or updating tenants well future tenants at the time . I mean the list can go on and on . Her manger needs to know who is representing their company . This is unacceptable andI will be seeking further assistance on this for she needs to attend classes on property management not to mention TIME management. If I could give a ZERO I WOULD
