Clean, quiet, great walking path for me and my dog. I love my new apartment. Reyna was very helpful when I moved in and made me feel right at home.

Will steal your money. We paid our deposit (wasnt on file- we had to show proof) and luckily we had it. However in February they switched over systems we paid with 2 money orders. One came out of our bank account: so theres a record of it luckily and it was applied. The other was paid with a money order bought by cash and we have no proof of that. So now they say we owe them an additional $600. Thank god we had proof of everything else or else who knows how much they would say we owe them. I shouldnt have to work this hard at bookkeeping. I had a feeling I shouldnt have paid with a money order but the website was down and companies had just changed hands and rent was due. Its really ridiculous.

First year living at Oswego Cove was mostly fine. However, once it was time to renew my lease, Oswego Cove sent us a proposal of either signing a 12 month lease, or going month-to-month at a 10% rent increase, and we would have until April 15th to decide. We knew we wanted to sign a 12 month lease and since February have made multiple attempts to contact them via call and email to sign the lease. This has gone on for months. On rare occasions, we were able to get ahold of somebody (always someone different) at the leasing office, and they would apologize, and tell us they will generate the lease for us, but have failed to do so time and time again. We have been trying to be patient, but now they are trying to charge us the month-to-month rate, despite our multiple attempts to contact them and have us sign a new lease. This has been infuriating and stressful. Do NOT move here.

Everything was good and going on the right path towards renting an apartment in this residence. It was Friday. We saw the apartment, we filled out the form and paid the fees. We waited until Monday to complete the procedures, and everything they asked for, we attached it to hand over the key. But the administration does not respect contracts, and they do not disclose their full terms until after paying the fees, and every day they ask for something else and we fulfill their request and attach it to them and they accept it. We spent ten days in this situation until the administration surprised us by not accepting. In fact, they wasted our time and had to reject our request from the beginning, as they have no humanity for our case, as we do not continue to pay hotels and their exorbitant prices in order to get an apartment and an address so that we can get our children into school. I do not recommend them at all because they do not keep their promises. They are greedy and they are only collecting non-refundable money through special form fee for apartment rental.

No one showed up for our tour after scheduling an appointment+waiting 15 minutes. If this says their dedication, I dont know what else would.
