Always understanding and kind, the receptionist. I had a very weird bullying experience in regards to the owner's wife, but, they have some decent properties. Don't be surprised though, they won't be giving you your deposit back, at least only a fraction is returned, regardless of how clean the unit is left, they will hire a cleaning person and will charge the same amount for a dirty unit as a clean one. Just be aware of how all of the rental agencies work here. They all work together on prices, deposit scams, all of it. They have meetings in regards to how high everyone is going to hike the prices. This isn't the WORST rental agency, but if you can avoid using all of these places, you'll thank yourself later.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Customer service is always top tier. Desiree was especially helpful. Definitely recommend AAA property management!
