Dawn is very helpful and I'm just frustrated about loss of work and you can't catch a break they slap on fees court fees I lived in my other house for 10 years till they sold it . I always get cought up

The employees are rude. The employees are unhelpful. They're contradictory. They're overpriced. This place is not a good place to try and rent/buy from.
Tried before and they wanted to increase all deposits and fees after we submitted our applications, then beat around the bush with their reasoning as to why.

Worst company ever! If i could go 0 starts i would, I have been in the same house for 7 years with minimal issues. Rookstool took over and suddenly I started having issues. On one inspection the guy DARRIN (total jerk) started kicking my kids outside toys (power wheels and other ride on toys) calling everything garbage and saying i needed to throw everything away, When I called him out as to why they were harassing me (wanted to raise the rent) I was evicted and only given 4 days to move! Money Hungry non-compassionate people. Stay away from them! Pictures show a supposed "cluttered house and destroyed yard with garbage and broken kids toys all over the place" also recently had a clogged toilet, they finally called me back 6 Days later after I already fixed it
