The ONLY BANK in Hermiston that would cash my I bonds and knew what they were. The service was excellent!!!

$7 to cash an oregon state tax refund check that says us bank on it if you don't have an account there. No thanks! I'll take my business elsewhere. $7 is 7 bucks!
