      image It is impossible to get a roll of quarters in this town unless you pay a fee to let banks like this use your money to enrich themselves. This bank is a symptom of a larger problem in Hermiston, don't bank here, and don't move here if you have a choice.

      We understand your frustration and want you to know we were not trying to be difficult. Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. To ensure they have enough funds for everyone, the branch may not be able to fulfill all the requests they receive.
