        Parking: The drive through is not kind, you have to do a loop around the parking lot to enter while making sure to follow the "DO Not Enter" and "Do not Block Driveway" signs. Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room was closed, the ran the drive through as if it was a kiosk where they would run your food out to you, was there 43 minutes waiting for 3 frosties 1 Chilli and a fry! Was terrible.

        I dont know what the heck is wrong with this place, received wrong order twice, was asked to wait out front, was given the wrong order at the car AGAIN, went inside, someone locked all the lobby doors while my husband was inside waiting for the food, several people knocking on doors trying to get in, husband was given order, they forgot the drink, turn around and go back for a drink, workers getting locked out, this is an absolute circus.

        After waiting in the ridiculously slow moving line of only 5 cars ahead of us. We ordered 3 biggie bags. 2 with grape soda and 1 with root beer. A very simple order. Once we got to the window (45mins later), they verbally verified what we ordered, and it was totally not our order. They couldn't find our order after searching for 10mins they said it would be easier if we just parked and ordered inside! I don't understand why they couldn't just make a new order and give it to us there. Or just give us what we ordered. We were too tired and hungry, so we just went to DQ drive through, and it was quick and delicious

        The burger and fries were fine, spicy nuggets were not good like normally. Was annoyed they didn't have any condiments stocked, both ketchups were out. No one greeted anyone or communicated when mobile orders were ready. They don't use the actual mobile shelf they have. The line was so long and barely anyone staying on the register.
