        I been with Banner bank for almost 3 years the first 2 was a Great experience. As soon as 2023 came around I started having issues with service fees every other month and One Individual is very Rude. Thats why I came to the conclusion that its time to take my Business elsewhere! All the tellers are great and so is Hellen.Its that one person that didnt make me feel that I was a valued Member..

        Banner is the best bank. I used a credit union for 30 years, and they treated very poorly. Banner has excellent customer service. Very responsive to customers. They even sent a card on my 1 year anniversary with them. Thanks Banner.

        Only bank I've found in the area that has a checking account with no monthly fees. Customer service has been great here every time I've interacted with them. Would highly recommend.
