This used to be the bank I would refer people to. Absolutely not anymore! I would turn and run from this back as fast as you can. Rude crude and ill mannered. They do have a couple people who are still nice but that doesn't even make up for how bad the bad ones are. How hard it is to get anything done with them anymore. Even with credit score over 800 they can't see to keep their information organized or where they can find it.

Vicki is a marvel and always handles our banking needs with efficiency and respect. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I always feel at home and not at some big, insensitive and cold banking institution. We always highly recommend First Community Credit Union to friends and family.
