        The customer service at the Grants Pass location is the worst that I have ever seen at a Financial Institution. The manager is condescending and appears to get a kick out of being as unhelpful as possible to members. This is the example that she sets for her employees and allows them to act the same way. I imagine your member growth would increase if the leadership was improvedthey do not lead and inspire in anyway. There are many financial institutions in Grants Pass that all offer the same products and services, the only thing that sets each place apart is what kind of people work there and what kind of above and beyond customer service they provide. You are losing out on members because you employ people at the Grants Pass location who have no customer service skills. I will never give a good recommendation for this financial institution and will tell my experience for years to come. Banks rely on word of mouth referrals from current members to friends, familys and colleges. The Grants Pass location is a mess.
