My Fiance and I were first time home buyers and Ken made the process for us fun and easy. His response time and incredible enthusiasm made him a joy to work with. Anytime we had a question or needed something done he got to work on it right away and we were never waiting on him for something to be done. Ken helped my family buy our first home. He worked very hard to go above and beyond to buy our first home. I was not the easiest person to work with because of a difficult schedule and he made it work. He also isnt bad to look at. My only criticism is that my experience wasnt like other videos i have seen so some room for improvement.
