Carolyn is an absolute pleasure and easy realtor to work with! She is super professional artistic and a great listener to our needs with selling our house in Eugene OR. We tried for two yrs with 3 different realtors to sell our first ever home doing all the mistakes possible. None of the realtors delivered the sale in a lower price. Carolyn advised us to wait a few months helped us lightly stage and put it up on the market for a higher price and in 4 days we had 2 offers with over asking price. The entire process including the closing and move out was easy thanks to Carolyn.

If I could give 100 stars to Carolyn, I would! Carolyn is a godsend during our remote house-buying process. My husband and I have been living on the East Coast and were desperately trying to find housing in a super competitive market in Eugene. Carolyn was patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She did above and beyond and helped us secure our house A DAY before our wedding! In addition, she's been with us (remotely) during inspection and any appointments with contractors. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a Real Estate professional. I know that we'll be hiring her again when we're going to put our house on the market when we're ready to upgrade in a few years :)

I had a limited amount of time to purchase a house and to be quite honest I'm pretty picky so any realtor is going to get a workout. Carolyn was a STAR! She learned what I liked spent almost a week exclusively showing me homes until we found the right one. Her advice and knowledge are invaluable and she has great resources to help out with any of the post offer inspections or repairs. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in the Eugene area.
