Writing this after getting back 92% of my deposit, they gave a detailed receipt of what needed to be repaired and were very honest. Their apartments and grounds are clean, updated and well maintained. Definitely the best rental company I've ever rented from 10/10 would recommend.

I am impressed with this company, these people seem genuine to me. Very kind, welcoming and real. Anyone can feel good working with them. It's getting rare to be treated with kindness and dignity these days, but it's more important than ever before. Living by Design and Leading by Example. Pretty great.

Sage is by far the best property management company Ive ever had the pleasure of renting from. I rented from them for a few years during my stay in Oregon and was pleasantly surprised by how they ran things. Mirroring what other reviewers have stated here, Niall and Ali stand out as being ethical, conscious, timely and conscientious in their dealings with tenants. Just a few examples: they were always quick to respond to maintenance requests and make any necessary repairs. They offered short-term lease options making for a less-stress commitment. They worked to provide us with convenient composting and would also periodically send out emails sharing helpful information on how to manage common issues, always with a care for the environment in mind. Generally, they always stood out as being fair and honest people, which made me feel safe to rent from them and safe in my environment. You can tell that they care for people and care about sustainability. I recently ended up having to relocate towards the east side of the country right as the property I was renting from switched management and now that Im no longer there, Im really wishing Sage had properties around here that I could rent from :) Thanks guys for a great experience.
