As I'm traveling down the sidewalk going towards West 11th I think that these businesses that all these businesses buildings could do better with their upkeep of property there's going to be all sorts of people moving into these apartments that are being built I'm just saying some of these businesses could do better with their upkeep of their property the sidewalks are no longer available on one side where they're building apartments the sticker bushes need to be cut back so people ride the bike on the road the sticker brushes are in the road needs to be fixed City of Eugene does nothing to enforce people doing what they're supposed to do is making it easier for people to get around.
