Very rude to patients, dont fill prescriptions sent in from the doctor and have a playing God complex instead of reaching out to doctors for patients who are experiencing medical emergencies and coming from the hospital. This has happened twice and they have no compassion, very rude, the Jordan pharmacist yelled at a customer right in front of me. So many other better pharmacies who care about the importance of their job.

I've had an appointment scheduled for weeks for my daughter, who's afraid of needles, to get the flu mist. I was called tonight and informed that it was not available. The employee was cagey when I asked why, but finally admitted that they did have it, but gave ours away and would not be ordering more since it's the end of the season. Not only is it leaving us high and dry, it doesn't even make any sense: the University of Michigan School of Public Health says that flu season goes through May. I am very disappointed and my daughter will now likely go unprotected. We won't be using this location again. Wish I'd believed all the one-star reviews.

THEY HAD BEANS AND LET ME KEEP ONE!! 5 STARS!! A bit busy but they were really nice to me and had beans. Highly recommended pharmacy

GOOD LUCK ACTUALLY REACHING A HUMAN if for any reason you need to speak one in the pharmacy. Ive also found that there can be technical issues once youve made it through the prompts and get placed on hold. You wait on hold and youll think youre being connected to a human when the line begins to ring. However Ive had it ring and ring and ring for several minutes and nobody answers. While this does happen after it rings without answer whats supposed to happen is you then hear a message saying all staff are busy and youre then once again placed on hold to elevator music. If not and you give it several minutes of ringing and ringing your only choice at that point is to hang up resulting in you losing your place in the line of people on hold forcing you to call back and start the entire process over. Sometimes after youve already dedicated 10, 20, 30+ minutes to waiting on hold. It could also continue to happen multiple times. If you cant get or give the information necessary youre forced to make the drive, walk, bike ride, bus ride, etc. to the pharmacys location, wait in line and then finally speak with someone. If youre needing to refill a prescription or simply check to see if your prescription is ready and it is NOT you then must wait until it is or come back. I beg Rite Aide to please hire more employees and invest in a telephone system that doesnt consistently have technical issues. Im fed up with having to make the often extra trip to the pharmacy when a phone call should be all it takes.
