This bank told me when I opened the account if I have no money and someone tries to charge my account it will not go through well this is the 3rd time in 6months they have charged me overdraft fees and now they took the last 100 bucks I had because they say if I sign up for it they will charge me no matter what I do because they are only here to make money not protect yours.

The pin to my card did not work, and when I called I waited for 30 minutes on hold, only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes of verification, then I was transferred to someone who said he had no idea who I am and that I needed to do the whole process over. Awful customer service.

Very shady business tactics and credit card application process. Very dissapointed, terrible customer service. Woman speaking to me was almost gleeful in declining my application. Great way to lose customers.

My husband and I have banked with Selco for years and are very happy. Weve had vehicle loans at the best rates we could find and they have helped with multiple standard banking issues. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant.
