Coburg branch hours are incorrect online causing me to show up 10 minutes before closing to division branch and they were unable to help me open an account.

As its name suggests, OnPoint Community Credit Union is part of our community. OPCCU redeploys it deposits as loans to improve our community and theirs. We bank with the Santa Clara Fred Meyer Branch in Eugene, spearheaded by Brandon (Mgr.), Nathan (Asst. Mgr.) and their incredible team: Kayla, Alex, Michelle and Andrea. We always are greeted by name and feel welcome when we visit the branch or call. Each team member treats us professionally and with respect, affirming to us that we are appreciated and valued members. Everyone always asks what else they can do for us. With great success, our banking relationship has included savings accounts, checking (business, personal and professional trust) accounts, debt and credit cards, a certificate of deposit, and a credit line loan. When we have questions, they are answered quickly and correctly. When we need assistance, it is provided to us quickly. Our suggestions are welcomed. These people treat problems as solutions waiting to happen. Excellent.
