        Banked with OCCU for many years. Since the beginning of this year their phone app is full of bugs and they blame me for their app's mistakes. After many hours on the phone OCCU left me high and dry. OCCU as a whole used to make things right and be great to their customers. Something changed last year to make them more.... dystopian I think is the word I am looking for. Consider taking your money somewhere use or at least do not use their mobile app.
