I expect businesses to make mistakes. Heck, we're all human, eh? But these folks! They were able to get out here quickly to make a repair. And it turns out that they can do anything you can think of and more to a screen door. Who knew! I originally approached a company that deals with Oregon's upper crust and they just wasted my time.
My problem was that a squirrel tunneled through my door's screen (yeah, I feed 'em). Before that, wild miniature humans had taken to opening the door by pushing in the screen, pulling it free on one edge. But I couldn't conveniently take the screen in for repair. The darn thing was just stapled in place.
When these guys from Bend On-Site Screening arrived, they were already working on the screen even before I answered the door. They quickly made a screen with a metal frame that - in future - can be popped out and taken to a shop. It fit beautifully even though the door wasn't made to accommodate a framed screen. Their work was fast, too. And it looks so good. These guys even beefed up the anchoring of the screen door frame to the house.
I haven't encountered such can-do wizardry in years!

Bend On-site Screening gets a five star for how amazing their customer service was. They were very responsive and quick to come and measure for our door. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about which style of door would work best for us. In a turn of events, we ended up selling out home before the screen was able to be delivered. Sam was gracious enough to understand our situation and allowed us to cancel our order, even though he was unable to cancel with the manufacturer. We can't appreciate enough the understanding as well as amazing service we received from Sam and the team at Bend On-site Screening. I would recommend to anyone using them for and custom screening jobs they might have.
