Really happy with our new retractable awning and working with Shade on Demand! Troy was extremely knowledgeable and prepared us for potential lead time issues, but the unit was delivered just as predicted. The installation crew was polite, professional, and very competent. Great experience all around. Initial consult and site inspection by Troy was thorough, easy and informative. He answered all our questions and helped us choose the right awning and features to match our needs. Arrival of the Awning was actually sooner than the expected lead time. The installation team came on time on the appointed day and worked steadily until the installation was done. The were courteous, friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. technicians. They tested the operation of the awning multiple times and adjusted it to our desired inclination for our deck. Also gave me a tutorial on use of the remote, the operation and adjustment of the wind sensor, and use of the auxiliary hand crank. They cleaned up all wrapping and debris and left the site spotless. We are thoroughly pleased with both the product and service provided by Shade on Demand, and would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior shades or awnings.
