Carrie has been such a good listener and knows her product lines so well, you can trust her in helping you make a long-term, enjoyable choice for your home! Added bonus: Dakota installed the recent chosen goods with a kind and knowing demeanor, he too knows his product! Classic Window Coverings (CWC) installed all the window treatments for my recent newly built home. With all the materials going into a new construction, there will be problems with some of the components. I don't think that can be avoided, but what matters is how well the vendor stands behind the products they deliver, especially when than vendor is not the manufacturer. CWC distinguished themselves in this regard. While the other vendors involved in my project ran from trouble, CWC embrace the challenge until everything was made right. Other vendors faded when the manufacturer claimed they were not liable. CWC delivered results.
The CWC installation team was the best I encountered during the build. They took pride in their craft and worked until all was perfect. Other installation teams made some effort to clean up after themselves. But CWC left no trace. That was a welcome welcome respite from the usual mess left by others.
From design to installation, CWC was terrific. If I build again, CWC will be my window treatment team.
