A Stone's Throw Bungalow Vacation Rentals

This cozy, comfortable cottage was the cleanest rental property we have ever been lucky enough to find. The decor was so interesting and pleasant nothing was overlooked. The yard, the front porch, each of the spacious rooms were wellappointed and relaxing. King and queen beds and pillows very comfortable. Location is right in the middle of the very fun Westside of Bend in walking distance of several parks, many restaurants coffee shops and a grocery. And yet the street was quiet! We will be back! We were traveling to Bend and Crater Lake area and this place was absolutely amazing! Very modern house full of stunning equipment, hot tub, paddle boards, bikes, all inclusive Weve enjoyed our time here a lot and will definitely come again in the future!! This house is also great for smaller groups as it provides lot of space and bedrooms! Lovely, amazing, highly recommended!!

Very nice house. Lots of classic charm and well appointed enough to prepare meals at home. Cozy fireplace, great hot-tub, and a comfy bed. The house was representative of the descriptions and the photos, and I would stay here again. Communication from "A Stone's Throw" was timely and excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place to friends!

What a wonderful place to stay! The location cannot be beat, walkable to downtown and the old mill district and close to amazing nature reserves and hiking. if you havent, check out Shevlin Park, it offers hikes of all distances and terrain, all while being so close to town. The house has a minimalist decor, which I appreciate, but has a well stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The home is oldest and has some of the older home quirks, but we really appreciated the pocket doors that separate the living space from the bedrooms, it helped when the adults were up after kids went to bed. The backyard is on the smaller side, but is absolutely perfect for a small group and the same you would see in any home close to a downtown area. We loved the fact that you could fully fence the property, but be warned- the fence is low in the front- may not work for a pup that jumps. While we brought our own blankets for our dog, the host provides a sheet to cover couch/bed, etc. They really think of everything here!Also, the washer and dryer were key and we are going home with almost no dirty clothes!! While we had the absolute best time- if I had to nitpick, we struggled a bit with the hot water. Even with a tankless hot water heater, we found that we were better off showering one at a time. Though the impact was low as we were a mix or morning and evening showered. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it!!

Fantastic house with a location that can't be beat. We walked everywhere -breweries, a concert, restaurants, the spa. It is incredibly well stocked with so many thoughtful touches. Great spaces on both the front and the back of the house to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook or BBQ delicious meals. We had 8 adults in our party and while the house is listed to sleep 8, the TV/pull out couch room has a curtain, not a door, on one side so comfort and privacy were not ideal. Probably better suited for kiddos. We did have a maintenance issue that didn't get addressed sufficiently. I have rented from the company before and not had issues of that kind, but it did impact our stay here. I would still absolutely recommend staying at this lovely house and would definitely rebook.
