    Worst time ever. Went to the bar to see family we havent seen in forever. The bartender was so rude & short. We waited 45 minutes for our food only to find out she never even put it in even though we had already paid. Food & drinks: Bartender so rude 3/27

    Overall a great experience. Upon check-in you have to see someone to get your key cards, etc. be prepared to be pressured to attend a sales presentation. Wes, the person that we spoke with would not take no for an answer. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get a presentation booked even though nothing has changed since November when we attended our last "owner update". Other than that it has been a great experience.

    Would go negative stars if possible. After receiving a gift stay of 2 days at Inn at the 7th Mtn. in Bend, Oregon I decided to extend our stay another 2 days and pay for the additional time. I was assured, and paid an extra $20 service fee to their third party booking company (Extra Holidays LLC) , for the guarantee of NOT having a room change so we could stay in the same condo for the duration. Check In said they had no knowledge of this (even after I forwarded confirmation e-mails) and we were told to vacate our initial room and move to a new location several buildings down. This unexpected move and their timeshare sales presentation (supposed to be 1.5 hrs that ran over 3 hrs) cost us 1 full vacation day, which, unfortunately, was the nicest of our entire stay. When questioning Check In, I was informed we wouldn't get a refund of our No Move Service Fee and to contact the booking company for a refund. Come on you guys at least take ownership for your mistakes and make an attempt to be service oriented. Maybe establish a line of communication between your booking company and the resorts they serve, wow is that a concept! Totally ridiculous and unacceptable behavior. Because of this and your poor handling of the situation I will never recommend your resorts to anyone and especially recommend people stay as far away as possible from any timeshare vacation options or programs. If this is how you treat people in general your business is destined for failure and deservedly so.
