I have had Dan deal with two issues at my home, both times he communicated right away, got me on the schedule quickly and solved my pest issues. He is prompt, respectful and efficient. I reached out to Dan as I had found evidence of Mice in my house. Dan came by the next day and did a thorough inspection of my house and and identified potential entry points. He then provided me with a detailed recommendation of how I could actually take care of the problem myself. His recommendations gave me confidence in setting traps and closing entry points. So far it has all worked - no new signs - and I know what to do if the problem comes back up. All of this advice was at no charge, which I really appreciated, but I want to pay that forward and recommend Dan as the right person to reach out to in the Bend area for pest control. I called Dan because I had a pest control issue. He took time out of his very busy day to call me back in a reasonable amount of time. He let me know that he was booked out for a little bit, but he gave me very good information about how I can take care of the issue myself. I was very pleased with his professionalism and kindness. That is very hard to come across these days. I would recommend him to anyone who has pest control issues, hands down.
