EDIT: After talking to Daltile they are providing 2 new boxes of grout. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the person I spoke with did not give great customer service, instead they were pretty rude the whole time claiming it was my fault. We ordered grout through another company but apparently Daltile was the one handling the order. We ordered two grouts, one for the floor and the other for a wall tile. They said both were ready for pickup so our contractor went and picked it up but they only gave him one box of grout. He proceeded to put the floor grout on the wall. Not Daltile's fault. However, when I caught it my wife called Daltile to get the wall grout and a new box of the floor grout but they where gaslighting her saying they gave us two boxes. They didn't. We will see if they make this right, if they do I will update the review.
