From my first step into Paulsons store in Bend, to samples, to choosing the carpet, then measuring and the finale of installation, this Paulsonss team was friendly, professional, thorough, with NO pressure! This was the second time weve engaged Paulsons for home carpeting, and would certainly do so again! I highly recommend them. Thank you Letty and team! Very nice work!

Moved into a new place and found ourselves needing to replace the carpet, which was not part of our original plan or budget. This was very worrisome at first, luckily Marshall and the install team were able to ease our minds and help us get everything taken care of quickly and made a huge upgrade to our space!
