Still waiting four weeks after they came to measure JUST for an appointment for install. They state they are too busy. This is not for fabrication production estimate mind you...this is just for an APPOINTMENT!!! Going elsewhere for my business.

I think this could be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Went through Home Depot was my mistake. Over ten thousand spent on counter tops. Damaged new cabinets, replaced or worked on 5 times over 6-8 months. The final visit replacing the installed broken backsplash I finally told the install guys to leave ( as I walked in to them forcing a plug back into the wall that doesnt fit because the hole was drilled incorrectly)and I would finish the work. It was overall frustrating, expensive, and I still need to finish the job. I would not use this company again.

I bought laminate countertops through Home Depot and the work was completed by Precision Countertops. This is the least professional company Ive ever worked with. They installed my countertops incorrectly, leaving a large gap between the countertop and the wall and installing them unlevel even though my cabinets are level. They have canceled or no-showed three appointments to come back and fix their shoddy work. Avoid them at all costs and dont buy countertops through Home Depot.
