The customer service at Redhawk is wonderful. They're super responsive and try their best to take care of things right away. I wouldn't say that paying rent typically is on my list of things I like to do, but I do really appreciate the people that work for this building.

This is the first time that I have moved into an apartment. The Property Manager, Heather, was very helpful with explaining the move in process. She responded quickly to all of my emails and phone calls.
As for the unit I moved into, I love the high ceilings and tall windows! They let in so much light! Its also pet friendly, which is exactly what I was looking for. It is a smaller complex, so its quiet and you are located closely to anything Central Oregon.

Applied for these apartments, did not receive a call back after 2 weeks of leaving multiple voice-mails and emailing them. After paying $90 I would expect to hear back from someone. Terrible customer service.
