Solis at Petrosa

I moved into my apt several months ago. When i did all the paper work was for the wrong apt. So i was given a parking space in front of the mistake building. I have repeatly asked to have a parking in front of my building but still no response from the supervisor and there are plenty of open spaces. I even have a handicap sticker and cant get it moved. They moved a very large dog into the apt above me. The dog and owners are so noisy and wake me almost every night. Had to contact police . They lied about when the gym would be done. Been here several months and still not done. Cant wait to move.Your response is a joke and there were 5 emptty spots to move my car. i belive your response was then i have to move it for everyone. Until you were told to move it. Every time i had a meeting schuduled you never showed up for it, i was told your busy. No one was there for weeks to take my papers you were out for two weeks sick and Elana was out sick. Can't beleive you still have a job there your beyond rude. And those spots were not taken thats just more of your lies. Took lots of pictures of empty spots daily. But i guess you have to cover your lies.

Beautiful property, amenities are top notch with the clubhouse and the pools. Right across the street from Bends biggest and best park.

Where to even start with this place.. these are marketed as luxury apartments and cost 2200. The management is extremely unprofessional, un motivated and rude. Nothing here is done professionally in my experience. They mistakenly gave my mom the wrong unit at move in. My mom did not agree to the lease and asked for the unit she agreed to. the discrepancy was resolved however they refuse to move her parking space?? Im not sure why but they have put her in a position where she could get hurt and fall on the ice in the morning. she doesnt always feel safe bringing in her groceries either..they clearly have 4 or 5 spots available in front of her unit.. it doesnt end there we have provided to them my 60+ year old mothers handicap sticker for PARKING. If they will treat my retired 60 year old mother with such disregard how do you think you will be treated here..? On top of the the inconsiderate property manager , the build quality is extremely poor for luxury units. It sounds like it was built out of card board its so noisy we can hear everything upstairs. The outlets dont works properly and the lighting is cheap unflattering and harsh. Again these are listed as luxurious but in my experience they are cheap and extremely poorly done and come with a manager who doesnt care. You dont accommodate anything in my experience.. for the record this response is also a lie as the parking space has been made available for her. You just dont have enough decency inside of you to do the right thing without being told. This response is not true at all in my experience. They thrive for nothing once they get your money forget it they could care less.

Im glad to have chosen to live here at Solis! The amenities are great, the leasing office is very helpful, and its in a very quiet and peaceful location. Theres truly no need for one star reviews here. Those one star reviewers are from some seriously unhappy people with nothing else better to do than to antagonize and threaten an upstairs neighbor with a very sweet dog. Other than those sad people (whom are being dealt with), everyone ive met here on the property has been nothing but welcoming and a joy to interact with. Thank you Abrielle, Elena, Isaac and the maintenance team for your hospitality, your cooperation, amazing attitudes and hard work. Its been a pleasure! Keep up the great work guys!

Management appears to never be on site to assign residents proper parking space. It took over two weeks to get an assigned parking space. Apparently you need to pay $100 for the ethernet cable outlet in your apartment for it to even work.
