I had a great experience getting into my lovely new house. Tara was excellent at giving me all the details for signing my lease, getting me set up with my tenant portal, and had a positive and friendly attitude answering all my questions. Working with Lava Ridge Property Management has been straightforward, pleasant, and easy. Most importantly, the staff I have had the pleasure of working with (Erik Castro, Tara Bell, and Mrs. Taylor) have been working with my family and I to find a great rental property and have been professional, caring, and respectful. They have a responsibility to their home owners as stewards of their homes but they have extended that same courtesy to us as renters.
