Outpost 44

We had an expensive package go to this apartment by accident (which was our old address). Reached out 4-5 times, emailed, left messages no response. Was hoping maybe wed be able to get in touch and see if our package arrived there :(

We toured this property over the weekend with Elena DeFeo. Elena gave us a great tour of the property, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to help us find a place. The property is very quiet, the amenities are really cool (dog washing zone on site), and the apartments are very spacious and clean. Being dog friendly was a huge perk for us. I highly recommend working with Elena if you stop by Outpost 44, she is an incredibly helpful leasing consultant.

They made the application and moving process so easy!! The apartments are new and very nice. The whole process took less than a week. Elena DeFeo who helped us apply was so attentive and helpful. Elena really went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered! They also have an office on site so there was someone there to give us our keys, walk through the apartment, and answer any questions.

We moved to Bend, Oregon in a very unavoidable circumstances but had to. And this property Outpost44 has made our experience terrible. We did not like the apartment at all. Ac is too loud and complicated and there is no ac in the bedroom. As to parking we were promised before we left Colorado springs that we will get covered parking and now it have been over 3 months and no covered parking is available as yet and on top of that not even open parking and every night after coming home we struggle to find a space and now it is snowing and bad weather, terrible experience. We will not recommend anybody to live here. I am hating it. Leasing office is useless. Just paying lots of money with frustration. Moving eats all your money and these properties have no idea that in what circumstances people move and can't have peaceful and happy stay. Another wrong decision of moving outpost44!
