The service at West Coast Self-Storage Beaverton is the best Ive ever had.
They are friendly, helpful, affordable, accommodating, very clean and understanding.
I love the fact that there is always someone live there to help with anything from renting a truck or Box truck or questions and billing.
I just wish there were more of them.
It gives me peace of mind knowing there is always someone in the office should some emergency arise.
All the other storage companies (which I wont name) I could never get a hold of anyone that could show me what the units looked like. They will call you back from some 1-800 number and they can only tell you over the phone what they have available, size and price and to rent from them sight unseen.
Needless to say they are a cut above any other company out there! I have now been with them for over a year and feel safe and sound knowing my favorite memories and treasures ( for me) are safely cared for.
PS I would also like to thank the two lovely ladies in the office for their outstanding work that they do everyday. Im sure they have had some difficult clients ,but I have seen first hand how they always treat clients with respect and great customer service. Thats all anyone can ask for!

10/10 experience here. Clean, dry, and safe facilities. The staff are top notch, both Rena and Melinda are very friendly and very accommodating. We had a unit reserved that we wanted to transfer because the sizing wasnt what we were expecting and without hesitation we were given a new unit and our free month was transferred to the new unit without question. Weve used several storage facilities and this one is by far the best weve had the pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
