Company is ok with employees bulling other employees. They do not help. They wait until you explode and then blame you for the bulling. Not a team you want to work with. So sorry to my amazing residents. Only reason I showed up to work.

I have worked at Edgewood Point for almost 10 years. The Comminity has had ups and downs just like anything in life. But what has stayed consistent is the that our staff really cares about each other. I had a personal emergent situation come up and Without hesitation, the management team reached out to help. I am proud to work here amongst the many caring staff and knowing we're all here for the same reason and that's to happily serve your loved ones.

I have been working here for 7 years. At first it was difficult for me due to me not knowing much english, but as I work here day by day. I started to learn english and understand more. I was able to assist the resident without any difficulty. This workplace accept who you are as a person and help in any way they can. I get along with the residents, coworkers and management.
