I was referred to CarePatrol while searching for a memory care facility for my sister who has Alzheimer's. Kerry Nelson, of CarePatrol , worked with us and considered all of my sister's specific issues and needs while seeking an appropriate placement for her. Within a very short period of time, Kerry found a facility that was Medicaid eligible, but most importantly one that accepted cats. My sister's cat is extremely important to her and had we not found a place that welcomed her pet, we would never have been able to move her to a place where her emotional, physical and social needs and safety would be supported. I am forever grateful to Kerry for his thorough research and patience while working with my family and me. Thank you.
