Daughter had everything set up.. movers set up.. new furniture delivery.. Apt was supposed to be move in ready.. it was filthy.. cat hair.. mold.. dirty carpet.. water stains.. rental manager left without any care.. Do not use RPH as a manger or a resource..

We had two tours set up for Saturday morning scheduled 1 hour apart from each other. We responded to their confirmation texts stating we would be present for both. We received a voicemail just after 10am Saturday stating that one of the properties we were supposed to see was rented; we then also got two email notifications that both of our tours were cancelled. I tried clarifying if both properties had been rented or if we would still have a showing a showing for the other property via text message but received no response. I also attempted to call back the agent (named Natasha) and left her a voicemail with no response. Since we did not hear anything back and it has been two days, we assumed the property was no longer available. We then got a call Monday afternoon asking if we'd still like to see the second property as it was still available. To the credit of the agent who reached out to us, she did apologize, but there was no explanation for why we did not receive any response or clarification before now.
