What a feeling when you put your life savings into a new home and learn your pushed into this nightmare of a company. After the trouble I ran into I started researching this company and it was pretty clear what their business model is, in my own opinion, a quick search and you will see they are hiring people to drive around and look for violations so they can fine the homeowners, which I understand, but 3 of those positions to hire and nobody for customer service? someone who will actually learn the rules of the association and help the homeowners build a pleasant community? My experience: A simple question to ask ,"Can I add some asphalt next to my driveway" and after several rude responses you just get the feeling your wasting your time and energy with a no name child recieving your question. After several back and forth demands from someone that cannot even have enough backbone to sign their name to the rude response they will send you. Once I had enough of the nonsense, and was not able to take anymore, I replied to their "closing of my request" The following was my response, (just to see the terrible state of mindset I was pushed to!) Of course, you seem to just not want to do anything, but say NO. Maybe you need to to take some responsibility and reply with your name instead of hiding behind a big Authoritarian badge, maybe replace yourself with someone who doesnt want to say NO with someone who cares for the people asking questions, maybe try and ask yourself what can I do to help these people out?, instead of just trying to figure out how to say No. I will just join the list of people who can only regret buying a home with their property attached to your rude and disrespectful company, and leave a negative review. And I will also let the developer know that they made a horrendous decision by using rolling rock. I dont want to even try to understand what basis you hold for saying that you will close the service request for lack of information.! J.Taylor

Some improvement over the last two weeks. We will see if it continues or if it morphs into the usual suspects yard/landscspe deterioration. Anyone assigned a lawn care company last year better get them back on the job this year. Weve still got Christmas decorations up all over the neighborhood and its April. In fact one home has had them up for 14 months straight! We got a slob that likes to infect the neighborhood with her political pride flags that have been up for 11 months straight. Weve got a neighbor with a pink fence that lets their dogs defecate all around the mailbox area. How selfish is that? They are now building a dog kennel.

My communication with a representative about how to navigate the website was the best. I received a phone call within an hour of my email, and subsequent emails for clarifications. So far so good!

I recently applied to Rolling Rock CM and Vinteum Neigbrs for permission to install a deck shade on my home. The "Service Request" system for "ARC Applications" requests is an effective way to present proposals for home improvements in the community. The system provides an efficient way to describe proposals and to upload related documents and photos. The staff members respond to and offer guidance for ARC applications in a timely and helpful manner.
