After reviewing our recent work order history, unfortunately we were unable to find any requests that match the description of the issues you've provided. For a short period of time we were only completing emergency level work orders due to the risks associated with COVID-19. If your home was without electrical service, we certainly would have considered this to be an emergency need and we hope that you reached out to us and Portland General Electric for assistance.We have now transitioned back to completing all work orders as quickly as possible and we would love to help with anything that needs attention in your home.
