Used to live here. Overpriced for what you get. Maintenance was great, the front office folks were usually good, but the management company raises rent as much as they legally can each time you renew your lease. Parking sucks unless you live in the lower 40 apartments. I heard they're getting rid of/got rid of the mirror closet doors in the master bedroom, which is a shame.

My review is specific to the maintenance workers. They are wonderful. Brandon took care of some issues today, and did a fantastic job. He is a pleasure to interact with. He was courteous and efficient. He deserves recognition. Thank you Brandon!

been a resident here for 5 years. moving in was great until unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positive. a lot repairs are needed in just the first day in. a week later the heater goes out, next month the dryer stops working, following a broken washer agitator. the washer looks like its from 1980 while the dryer looks almost new. bathroom fan rattles like crazy & had it replaced three times. there is mold constantly growing , sticking to the walls & baseboards. we try our best to clean it off, bring in fresh air, turn up the heat, even run a dehumidifier 24 hours - this stuff will not go away, it will keep growing in the same spots. spiderwebs, kids toys & bicycles blocking the stairways, kids will play soccer in the parking lot hitting cars - theres no supervision. landscapers will work non-stop 9am to 5pm. loud noises when you are trying to enjoy a quiet day, you cant. cars with no exhaust will go speeding down the road in the middle of the night. birds are reproducing in our attic leaving droppings on our exterior windows, also woodpeckers going hard in the early morning against the sidewall which caused damage. RVs & abandoned cars are parked on blanton street blocking the view of the exits which is very hazardous. random people who dont live here are constantly dumping their stuff in the dumpsters leaving them overflowing, this is a daily thing. homeless roam around at night opening car door handles & the ONE night we leave our car unlocked everything was on the floor, tools were stolen. two neighbors across the street had their houses graffitied on their sides, one immediately moved out the next day.
