Well, I've only been here about a week, but the management has been incredibly responsive, the unit is lovely (and a great price for what I'm getting), and my neighbors are absolute sweethearts. Update: I moved out in summer 2023. At the end of the summer in 2022, management changed hands... then changed hands again sometime between when summer of 2022 and 2023 without notice. I can attest that the pool was a health hazard at the end of summer 2022. Old management had things under control, but as soon as Atlas took over, things went downhill. Living here was fine, the neighbors were all lovely people, but I wouldn't pay the extraordinary amount they wanted to charge to live here.

How do you get a hold of someone?? The rarely answer the phone. When they do they tell you to email them. Then they never respond to your emails...

What a bad place to live! Maintenance requests will be deleted by the guy who Atlas has let run this complex who is never in the office anyway, without addressing the issues, the pool is being allowed to fester and rot, and I have had to call the city to get this at least looked at by someone, so I bet you can only imagine what the inside of the unoccupied units look like. Everything is barely held together, cabinet doors glued together and painted over rather than secured. Cheap paint jobs some half done, poor construction, half rotten decks on the second story due to poor construction that grow mushrooms. If you are considering moving here, reconsider. It's hasn't been worth it at all. I regret it. Wish I had taken that place in SE. Edit: Even after they changed managers it's still terrible! No presence during the insane weather, parking lot and walkways were sheets of ice that the property just let melt. And just poorly run and overpriced. Take it from someone who is going to be happy to GTFO finally

10 days without a working fridge. Left numerous voicemails to the apartments, called the main office for Atlas directly yesterday, still nothing. I put in a written notice 8 days ago after I didn't hear anything 2 days after speaking directly to the apartment manager when he said he would call the repair company. I called the repair company and they said they had no work order. Not only that but I have lived in the same apartment complex for 9 years and this year the pool was left unopened and in disgusting shape. Atlas took over about a year or two ago. Since they've handled this property the service has gone severely downhill. Also when I moved in to a new apartment in the same complex about 6 months ago there were numerous issues with the apartment that I notified them about within a few days of moving in. Most of them were fixed in a timely manner but some of them were not fixed at all and if I hope I don't get stuck having these issues taken out of my deposit because I refused to sign the paper saying all was good in my move in inspection. Sent emails with photo proof within 3 days.
