        Went in with a 2 day old phone that couldn't make calls. 2 people in there with just me. Neither of them even took a look at my phone and told me I would have to contact the manufacturer somehow.... So I drove to the Verizon in Tigard... They replaced my sim card and my phone worked just fine. Were super helpful. Don't even bother with this store.
