I recently visited the Att retail store, the one located inside of 99 ranch. I had a fantastic experience with their service. Eric was not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful! Eric was very patient, took the time help me solving the problems, guided me through the available options, and ensured I got the best value for my money. I highly recommend this Att retail store for anyone looking for excellent service and knowledgeable staff! Kudos to the team for their outstanding customer service!!

Ive been an AT&T customer for years, but this is by far the best phone carrier experience Ive ever had!!! Erick is transparent, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The location is completely unassuming due to being in 99 ranch, but it is so convenient! We will continue to come to this specific location for the wonderful service!

Erick Solorzano was amazing!!!! He helped me figure out why my bill was so high and fixed it up for me. Saved me a lot of grief and money. Erick actually understands customer service and took his time to really take care of me. I appreciate him so much and will be back if needed. Thank you Erick! Bless you!
