This bank has incredible employees, goes above and beyond in customer service and Sarah the manager, is absolutely wonderful. It's clear she works hard to set an example and the whole team works together to provide. In these times, this bank provides old school service that is so rare and appreciated.

Nicholas helped me and was very nice. A woman with a short reddish bob perhaps named Sarah, was speaking so loudly that I almost had to leave. Please ask associations to maybe use headphones and to be aware how their loudness may disrupt others, especially those with sensory issuea

Such a welcoming feel from everyone at this branch. With my family relocating to Portland, finding a bank where we would treated like a person and not an account number was important to us. Vanessa and Sarah didn't disappoint in how great they were and how helpful throughout the process of opening up several accounts for us!
