Your company is a freaking joke, I tried to get approved for a mortgage loan for 512k. I make 300k a year and have little debt, since I started the application you guys want more and more and more and more documentation every single day. Its getting close to 50 documents and its not even done yet! I got a loan through another bank in two days with just a few documents!!! Your bank is an absolute joke!!!!!

Been banking with bank of america for awhile now. There probably one of the worst banks I have been through. They don't really have customer service it just sends you an a never ending loop of calls too call and automated messages lol took 4 hrs too try and talk too a real person. This bank does not car 1/10 would not recommend this bank too anyone

I have a great experience at this bank, Kyle Paguio went the extra mile to help me order a new debit card and resolve an issue I had with my mobile app, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and very professional, the teller here was very kind and nice as well, I do recommend this branch 100%.

Horrible bank! I've been here multiple times and the associates are never able to help me. On top of that, B of A charges ridiculous fees. Will NEVER use them for ANYTHING in the future.
