This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The process has been exceptionally slow, with sluggish communication throughout. Unfortunately, my seller has been left waiting for over two weeks due to the buyer's denial of lending. Keeping the home off the market for four months only adds to the disappointment. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this lender based on my unprecedented and unpleasant encounter. You couldnt give me FREE lending to use this lender. If I could him 0 stars I would.

Kyron was a dream to work with. We started out with a pre approval and he went over all of my options for my home financing. There were so many options available and he was patient with all of the questions I had. He answered all of my phone calls and texts in a timely fashion and even on a Friday night after 10pm which I was not expecting to answer. He happened to be up with his laptop open. My contract was smooth at first and then hit a snag with the sellers when there was some miscommunication between ourselves and the sellers realtor. Kyron worked with his team tirelessly to make sure they got our deal closed before the sellers backed out. Me and my wife will always do our business with Kyron after this because of his attention to detail and determination to make sure we closed on time. If you are thinking of buying a house please contact Kyron. He is great to work with and an overall great guy.
