I am about to sign on my first home William & Jordan have been the best I could have ever asked for. As any first time homebuyer will tell you, it's stressful, and it's a lot to take in. I had originally reached out to a different lender who didn't really seem to care to answer my questions. I got a lot of "yes" and "no" without any real explanation to what I was looking at. I was so frustrated I almost said forget it. William & the Gomez team worked with other clients of my realtor so I thought I'd give them a try. WORLD. OF. DIFFERENCE. It was like night and day! William answered all of my questions in detail, made recommendations and explained things to me in a way I could I understand and made sense. I didn't feel so lost anymore. I was in constant communication with them and never had to wonder what I was supposed to do next. Every week I got an update email and a phone call to go over where we were in the process and what was needed from me next. I didn't have to think about anything. More importantly, they were genuine and they made me feel valued. And when you're about to take a large loan out for the next 30 years you want to know that you've got someone working with your best interest in mind. So no need to search anymore for your lender. Just call these guys. Easy peasy.
